Potential Investors needed for. Security Alarm Company.

Currently working on my CIM for a Security and Alarm Business in Eastern Canada. Good EBITDA, great Revenue, some owners willing to still have a stake in the business if I can’t raise total funds for the business. Bank is ready to finance 60% of the deal, owners willing to do 20% VTB..

Any suggestions to potential investors?

I have experience investing in the space and assisted a searchfund in an acquisition and eventually an exit in the space. Many of the traditional searchfund backers already have a concentrated position of these businesses as they have historically been a searcher haven. This concentration results in less availability of funds for searchers entering the space now. I wish you the best of luck.
