Hey everyone - I'm drafting a PPM now and curious to see if there are other examples of PPMs out there besides what's in the Stanford Primer? I'm looking to get some insight on how people approach the searcher background section (i.e. what's worth mentioning?) and pricing of units.

I recommend you to check "Search Funds Entrepreneurial Acquisitions" By Jan Simon. The second chapter shows a PPM example by Richard Challis and Daniel Potgieter from Arven Capital.
