Looking for investors to partner in this s̴t̴a̴r̴t̴ ̴u̴p̴ EXISTING business for organic and M&A growth. (NEW) Backlog in hand from this existing Charlotte NC business with very late model, top of the line, CNC equipment and fortune 500 customers. LOI will be submitted in the next few weeks to secure the deal. Existing revenue from this well know business will be added to the work-in-hand from my clients closing machining facility Work in-hand from client closing their machining facility to focus on assembling only. Other work is available from other client's once shop is set up. Will fast track ISO/AS certifications as well as ITAR and FFL. I will be getting the financing for the first machines, the facility lease, and support equipment. Looking for a finance partner to support the organic and M&A growth.
