Hi everyone, We are adding educational materials / tools to our platform to help business owners think through the "exit planning" process, why it matters, and how these items may impact a sale. We'd be excited to chat with anyone who wants to contribute to this project. The goal is to cover all disciplines relating to M&A and have industry specific content. Hey Andrew, I might be able to help. I acquired 6 businesses in my last roll-up and then exited that one. Biggest commonality was not gearing up MI ready for Qs from potential acquirer!
