Looking for a President & CEO with an engineering/manufacturing background to take over a family business from the sellers. The company is based in Northern NJ, ~$13 million in revenues, solidly profitable and great niche. Sellers will stay for as long a transition as needed. If you have the ability to sell, it a big plus. Substantial equity opportunity available as part of a recapitalization. Candidate needs to be on site most of the time if not out selling.

Hi Gary. I'm graduating from b-school at NYU Stern in May and live/grew up in NJ. Before school, I turned around a retail and compounding pharmacy my grandfather started; prior to that I was a management consultant. My recent experience is more healthcare related, but I have a degree in mechanical engineering and a greenbelt in lean six sigma.
