President - Concrete Contracting

I am looking for someone who wants to step in to lead a stable, long-established concrete contracting firm. The company does mostly large-scale residential, as well as some muni-facing work. This role would work directly with me to shape the role and transition it from the exiting principals. Some amount of experience in estimating & bidding concrete work is required, as well as a firm grasp of the general financial and operational work of leading an office and a team. Note that I am looking for applicants with at least some concrete experience, and prior experience at least leading a team. This may not be a great fit for a fresh MBA.
