Looking to hire an operator to run the platform business of a rollup strategy in the wholesale floral industry. Distribution business by nature. Open to many different backgrounds and experiences. Must be on-site. Note - the initial platform has been acquired, this role is to run the current business and support future growth. Open to creative compensation structures, including equity. Position would eventually be President of broader platform, including multiple locations.
