Private credit marketplace / lender recommendations

For this deal I have on hand (sub-$5M), I want to evaluate taking on non-SBA debt, just due to the current high interest rate environment.

Does anyone have recommendations for private credit marketplaces/ lenders at this size with better-than-SBA terms (aka sub-11.5% rates)?

Did you find a provider/source? I have a deal under LOI that is sub $5M with RE included.
