Ally Equity Partners is a hybrid search fund backed by a group of sophisticated investors. We are currently pursuing the acquisition of a $1M+ EBITDA business and are seeking a motivated individual for a voluntary, unpaid internship supporting the transaction. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to a live acquisition process, including market research, financial analysis, due diligence, deal evaluation, and other aspects of the search and acquisition process. We value our interns’ time and intend for the experience to be practical and substantive. We will work with the selected candidate to understand their interests and provide meaningful opportunities to learn, contribute, and gain real-world experience in entrepreneurship through acquisition and private investing.
