Redwood Succession is seeking interns to support its managing director with research, sourcing, and valuation analysis in order to acquire a company within approximately 24 months. The internship is unpaid but will be designed for students to receive course credit and/or individuals to get hands-on experience and mentorship. Throughout the internship, interns will receive hands-on experience in marketing and sales, financial analysis (valuation, market sizing, projection, etc.), due diligence, investor relations, and industry research. In addition, the managing director will provide professional development via writing recommendations, reviewing resumes, conducting mock interviews, business school admissions guidance, and other relevant support. Requirements: • Highly motivated undergraduate students or similar who have a strong interest in the fields of business, private equity, banking, entrepreneurship, and finance • Resourceful, self-motivated, and intellectually curious • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Time Commitment of###-###-#### hours/week Redwood Succession is a search fund - an entity created to find, acquire, and operate a small business for the long term. Brendan Duebner is the managing director. He started his career as a US Army Field Artillery Officer before attending The Wharton School to pursue his MBA.
