Location: Remote or Chicago (U.S.-based required) Type: Part-Time (10–15 hours/week) | Winter/Spring 2026 Start Date: Early January 2026 Compensation: monthly stipend + discretionary deal success bonus ________________________________________ About the Firm Integrated Facilities Partners (“IFP”) is a Chicago-based private investment firm building a tech-forward, client-centric platform of facility services and janitorial businesses serving commercial real estate and multifamily owners. Our buy-and-build strategy targets high-quality, local operators in a fragmented, recession-resilient sector with strong recurring revenue characteristics. The firm is supported by aligned, institutional-quality capital partners. The founder brings a background spanning real estate, facilities services, and operating roles, and is deeply involved across sourcing, diligence, structuring, and post-close value creation. This role offers direct exposure to live deals, investment decision-making, and the operating realities of building a scaled services platform. ________________________________________ The Role We are seeking an MBA Associate who wants real deal reps, not résumé padding. You will operate as the primary Associate to the Principal, helping triage live deal flow, build transaction models, and draft investment committee materials. This is an execution-focused role, not a sourcing role. IFP has established systems for outbound and inbound deal generation; we are looking for a partner who can rigorously evaluate the opportunities those systems produce. Note: Given the dynamic nature of live transactions and a growing platform, responsibilities may evolve based on deal activity and business needs. ________________________________________ What You Will Do (Deal Reps) Live Deal Triage • Act as the first filter for inbound opportunities • Review CIMs and financials and produce concise, one-page Kill / Pursue analyses Financial Modeling • Build and own flexible LBO models • Stress-test purchase price, leverage, DSCR, and investor returns under downside scenarios Investment Committee Materials • Draft IC-style memos for priority opportunities • Synthesize market dynamics, investment thesis, risks, and mitigation strategies into a clear narrative Due Diligence Support • Support diligence for companies under LOI • Manage data rooms, coordinate with legal and accounting advisors, and validate key assumptions (e.g., customer concentration, churn, margin sustainability) ________________________________________ Who You Are • MBA Candidate (Class of 2026 or###-###-#### at a top-tier program • Prior transaction experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Transaction Services is a must • Financially fluent: you can quickly diagnose P&Ls, spot margin erosion, and build models from scratch when needed • Cynical optimist: you look for reasons to kill deals—but can recognize real value when others overlook it • Independent operator: you deliver outcomes, not activity, and do not require close supervision ________________________________________ Why Join IFP • Broad exposure across the deal lifecycle: Work spans screening, modeling, diligence, and investment materials, with scope flexing as deals progress • Direct access: Work one-on-one with the Principal with visibility into broker calls, negotiations, and real-time decision-making • Dynamic role: Responsibilities evolve alongside live transactions, offering exposure to both investment analysis and operating considerations • Flexible structure: Asynchronous, remote-friendly work that respects academic schedules, provided deadlines are met ________________________________________ To Apply Please email: • Your resume • A brief note (no formal cover letters) describing: 1. One specific opportunity you see in the facility services sector 2. One major challenge you foresee in consolidating it Email: redacted Subject: MBA Associate Application – [Last Name]
