We are backed by a large family office and have made a several acquisitions in a variety of industries. ---- Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Deal Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the deal team by analyzing, structuring, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills. Responsibilities -Analyze and evaluate the acquisition of businesses -Collaborate with Partners to structure deals -Utilize financial models to assess the financial impact of various deal structures -Maintain accurate records of all deals processed, ensuring data integrity within the CRM system -Work with brokers to close signed letters of intent to acquire businesses Requirements -Proven sales experience -Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on collaboration. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
