You’ll gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, industry analysis, and due diligence as part of a small, dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in private equity, financial analysis, and strategic growth. Responsibilities Your role may include, but may not be limited to: Research & Sourcing: Identifying and analyzing potential acquisition targets. Outreach & Engagement: Reaching out to business owners, brokers, and industry contacts. Financial Analysis & Valuation: Financial modeling and valuation (experience in financial modeling is a plus but not required). Working in teams with other interns Research Reports: Preparing detailed industry and market reports.
