We seek to interview operators we can call on and match with opportunities based on their fit and criteria. My expertise is in utilizing proven methods to develop and implement the right strategies to energize sales growth, optimize operational execution, develop high performance cultures, and acceleration value creation.
Most recently I was CEO of the largest Massage Envy Franchisee. At 95 locations we were the largest and within 18 months I grew it to 131. Additionally, I stopped a 20 month high net member loss trend that I inherited and added back 5000 net new members. I was able to save this company from their cash crisis, rebuild the operating system, and lead them to sustainably strong growth, and exceeding Ebitda budgets.
