About Crescent Bay Partners
Founded by two women, Crescent Bay Partners is a self-funded search firm focused on acquiring a single small business in the Boston area. Our founders are targeting B2B companies in industrials/healthcare. We bring decades of investing and operating experience in both of these industries.
The Role
We're looking for a self-starter to join us as an unpaid intern with the potential to earn a success fee if we close a deal. It's a chance to roll up your sleeves: develop investment theses, analyze deals and directly engage with business owners and brokers. We want you to come away from this experience with new skillsets that will set you up for future success.
What You'll Do
- Develop investment theses within industrials/healthcare sectors
- Research and identify acquisition targets
- Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to business owners
- Analyze businesses to assess attractiveness and fit
What We're Looking For
- Self-starter, high energy
- Strong research and communication skills
- Interest in small businesses, M&A, or ETA
- Experience working with companies a plus (investing, operating, consulting etc)
What You'll Gain

Logistics
