We are looking for several unpaid interns to support various private equity teams through the life cycle of the acquisition process, including research, pitch decks, target search and evaluation, LBO and operations modeling, investment memos, due diligence, investor outreach, database administration, website development, and market communication. We work with teams of interns on a rolling basis throughout the year, including full-time summer positions. Interested candidates should submit a resume and short cover letter describing their interests, availability, start date, time commitment, relevant skills, and what they hope to gain from the internship. Prior search fund, private equity, or investment banking experience is appreciated.
