For Undergraduate Candidates We are looking for undergraduate interns to join our team. You will support sourcing and due diligence for potential acquisitions in the lower middle market. This is an unpaid internship built to give undergraduates real experience in private equity and entrepreneurship through acquisition. Responsibilities ● Research industries and small businesses to identify strong acquisition targets. ● Draft and send outreach emails, make calls, and write letters to potential sellers. ● Join calls with investment bankers and business owners to discuss deals. ● Review CIMs and support due diligence on live opportunities. ● Conduct commercial, financial, and technical research to support LOI diligence. What We're Looking For ● Interest in private equity, evergreen funds, or entrepreneurship. ● Availability for at least 20 hours a week for a minimum of 12 weeks. ● Basic ability to analyze an industry, company, or deal. ● Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic. ● Solid research, writing, and communication skills.
