Private Equity Internship Program

Are you interested in learning how to identify, analyze, and acquire a well-established small to medium-sized company? Do you want to be part of an end-to-end transaction? You’ll learn a ton, work on many different projects and get exposed to many things that junior folks generally don’t get to see until later in their career. DealMaven is hiring two part-time Private Equity analyst interns to start this month. The internship will offer special, hands-on opportunities to engage at all stages of an entrepreneurial private equity deal process. If you’re an ambitious student or recent graduate who’s interested in identifying, researching, and analyzing lower mid-market businesses and industries, we should talk. This Internship program will take you through the entire deal process from initial research and sourcing to due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and acquisitions.
