Private Equity Recommendations?

Hi. I am seeking recommendations for PE firms that will work with an acquisition deal in the $1 million EBDITA range. Acquisition is under LOI and I have a bank that is willing to provide 50% of the funds via non sba loan as long as I can have a PE investor come in with some funds and resources.
