Private Equity / Searchfund MBA Summer Intern

Broadtree Partners is looking to hire first year MBAs interested in Entrepreneurship through Acquisition to work directly with portfolio company CEOs over the summer. Broadtree is an operator-centric private equity firm. Similar to search fund accelerators, we look to hire highly talented individuals dedicated to ETA and support them in deal sourcing, fundraising, due diligence, business acquisition, and governance. We offer more flexibility than the accelerator model, supporting virtual search, larger deals, wider range of industries, and giving each searcher equity in the fund in addition to equity in their deals. We will also sponsor individuals for work visas and US citizenship. We have closed 25+ standalone and add on acquisitions and have had two realizations at the fund, including one exit, which was successful. We are looking for ETA-driven first year MBA students to assist our CEOs in operations, finance, M&A, and sales. This position is ideal for those considering pursuing search or operations post-graduation. Interns will spend time working directly inside our portfolio companies in the healthcare, SaaS, manufacturing, waste management, government contracting, marketing, or business services spaces.
