We are seeking interns to assist us with deal sourcing, due diligence, market research, debt financing, equity financing, and some financial modeling. You’ll get exposure to all parts of the deal cycle and walk away with some technical skills, market knowledge, understanding of the deal sourcing/closing process and more. This unpaid internship would suit someone looking to break in to Investment Banking or PE. We have an extremely robust board of directors, including but not limited to: the former U.S. CEO of one of the largest private banks in the world(The firm is top 5 AUM of all firms in the world. If you are interested in banking then you know this firm.) and the former Chief Audit Executive of one of the largest Private equity firms in the world(Top 5 PE firms by AUM, and you know their name if you are interested in PE). You will have an opportunity during the summer to meet and ask questions to at least one or both of these individuals. We currently have 4 deals under LOI and are looking to close the first deal ASAP. We have a huge vision in healthcare. 1) Commitment: ###-###-#### hours per week, for 12 or more weeks (all negotiable) 2) Unpaid 3) Virtual 4) Ideally start in or before early June, but negotiable Thank you, and I look forward to your application. EDIT: We have received and are still receiving a very large amount of applicants. Unfortunately, I will only be sending emails to schedule interviews. If you have applied and do not hear anything within a week, then please know that I have taken a careful look at your application and will not be moving forward with an interview, but I wish you the best in finding another position. If there is anything I can help you with apart from this internship, then I welcome you to message me on search funder!
