Capacitor Capital is seeking a motivated intern to support our investment efforts this summer. We’re focused on acquiring and operating a small to mid-sized business in the clean electricity and infrastructure space. Launched in late 2024, the goal is to complete an acquisition by the end of 2025. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role offering direct exposure to the full acquisition process (i.e. sourcing, modeling, industry mapping, etc.). You’ll work closely with me on live deals and strategic initiatives. My background spans engineering, investment banking, and infrastructure investing. The internship is remote (or NYC-based), runs for three months, and is unpaid. It offers a high-impact learning experience and the chance to build your network across the search fund community, including with investors, brokers, lenders, and operators.
