As a former BigLaw fund formation attorney with nearly 15 years of experience, I now run AnchorPoint, a boutique firm offering private funds related legal services at half the BigLaw rates. I also advise independent sponsors on structuring, deal execution and more—offering fixed-fee options for certain transactions.
