We're looking for some private investors to work with buyers we have on deals where you're typically writing the small equity gap on finance (2.5% - 5%).

Typical deal structure is:

  • 60-75% SBA
  • 25-40% Seller finance (2 year deferred, 10 year amortization)
  • 2-4 months working capital left in

Typical Deal Sizing: $2M-12M top line $600k-$1.5M EBITDA

Buyers are flexible on terms as long as SBA allows the proposed terms associated.
