Codie Sanchez might be to ETA what Grant Cardone is to real estate investing (my opinon), but she is supposedly dropping an AI-powered platform for listing and buying businesses called BizScout. Has anyone tried it and able to share any thoughts (good or bad) about it?

If you don't know who Codie Sanchez is, think of a 30-second short on Youtube pitching all the benefits of ETA, without mentioning any of the risks or work involved. That was probably her.

It is very limited and in at least one occasion it pulls opportunities from BizBuySell's listings. Exact duplicate with the same ID#. I never filled out the form so I don't know how they get in between BizBuySell and prospective buyers. I wonder if they are doing this for lead gen for their services and products (ie affiliate income such as Lendio) or to "steal" buyers from other sites and the brokers that advertise on it. Not sure what the play is but it isn't something I would use to find deal opportunities. I didn't see any added value to using it.

Instead of Bizbuysell with a better UI, It'd be interesting to see a searcher buy an existing business broker and modernize their processes. We all complain about them, yet it seems like no one wants part of this lucrative business. If someone has already done that, let me know please. I'd love to connect.
