We are seeking a buyer out of another 363, Chapter 11 sale. Please pass this deal along to anyone who might want to take a look and most importantly, can act quickly. The Company is a long-established manufacturer / assembler of tactical communications and related defense electronics systems serving military, government, and critical-infrastructure end users worldwide. The business revenue is lumpy but generated approximately ~$4M of revenue in the most recent fiscal year, with additional visibility from roughly ~$2M of current-year revenue and backlog and an open quote pipeline of about ~$42M. A court-supervised Section 363 sale will transfer the business as a going concern. A working capital injection post closing will be necessary. The transaction offers a buyer two primary value drivers: legacy defense and industry-standard certifications, technical data, and engineering IP that are difficult and time-consuming to replicate, and an installed global base of military and government customers supported by on-hand inventory and production capability.
