Promissory Note Available – Discounted for 17% Yield

I’m looking to sell a promissory note to free up cash for a new business. Last year, I sold another small business I started and 100% seller-financed it at $410K / 10% / 4 years. The remaining balance is $312K as of March 2025, and I’m selling it at a discount for $283K, which provides the buyer with an effective 17% yield on the remaining payments. There are 35 months left on the note.

The note is personally guaranteed by three individuals with strong credit and solid assets. Payments have been made consistently for a full year, backed by a cash-flowing business.
