Property Restoration & Remediation Comps

I am looking for LMM transaction precedents in the property restoration category (fire/water/mold, remediation & reconstruction), there are some comps in Deal Stats database but looking for any broker/bankers/advisors who have specialized knowledge and/or transaction data they can provide. I am negotiating an acquisition ($2-5m platform) in the space and looking for more sanity checks on multiples. Thanks!
