After seeing several posts and comments re: proprietary deals, I thought I would make a quick post that originating proprietary deal flow for well known middle market equity groups and family offices has been a significant part of my career in the past and I have worked directly with clients to offer similar merchant banking services.

As I am searching for my own platform (currently self-funded/fundless sponsor), I will continue origination work for a few clients and thought I would let the community know that I might be available for targeted search projects, too.

Given my network, I can also assist with introductions to various funding sources.
