Welcome! As a self-funded searcher using SBA to top up my own capital maybe I have different lens for this space. But... is a SaaS rollup strategy still viable with increasingly typical 8x profit (and many 10 x revenue) valuations even at the lower ends of the market? Would seem to need a surprisingly deep and patient capital base with no need for net of debt positive cashflows? Please take this as a question for you and others, not a discouragement!
