Responsibilities will include drafting one-page teasers, confidential information memoranda, and other marketing materials; handling knowledge transfers from clients; responding to inquiries from potential buyers, which will include public and private companies, private equity firms, family offices, search funds and serial entrepreneurs; establishing and maintaining relationships with potential targets; interacting with client owners and management teams and keeping them informed of progress; and other related duties.
