£60 M Escrow - Bridging loan to secure £625 M

I am assisting client that is going to be bringing in###-###-#### vehicles from China. He has a £625 M investment offer but had to put £60 M into an escrow account to secure the funds. Any idea who could help with this? He has a Gibraltar company at the moment but will be setting up a UK entity. Plan is to import 70,000 vehicles by 2030. Any idea who might have an appetite for this one?
