Public Acquisition Debt in Spain

Hello, does anyone have experience/thoughts on acquisition debt provided by public entities in Spain (ENISA, ICO, etc.) or specifically in Catalonia (ICF)?

Hi Emili, ICO has no offices as such and leverages on the Spanish commercial banking network. ENISA only gives participative loans up to 1.5 million euros, but they cannot be used to finance the purchase of a company. In any case, check with them.

Hi Emili, for ICO you have to ask via your commercial bank such as La Caixa, etc.
