Hi all - Curious what folks are using to benchmark the multiples they use on different deals within various industries and with targets of different sizes. I know intuitively that higher EBITDA companies will generally command higher multiples, but would love to know if there are any public information sources that people like for recently transacted deals.
Industries I'm particularly curious about:
- Online printing services (think Vistaprint)
- Occupational health clinics
- Access Control system installation

Would appreciate any guidance! Thanks

The BVR database is a great tool in conjunction with the repetition of time exploring an industry and gaining insights into the specifics of working capital, capex, etc. And when you do find something that’s clicking, your advisors can be a great value add in benchmarking.

I agree on BBR - Business Brokerage Press Inc. Also GF Data M&A for larger size deals $10M EV+
