For brokers out there, how is your deal flow for accounting firms looking? Has this driven pricing up? Is the demand sitting more with larger regional firms or smaller local shops?

A quick google search showed that there are < 400 public accounting firms with > $10mm in revenue.
So, that tells me if you can find a niche or know an area that could use an update, best to build and test the niche while searching for the right firm to tuck-in for talent/reach or whatever your constraint has been.
