Before you spend on a full QoE, one thing I’d pressure test is whether the deal actually holds up under a few basic stress scenarios.
In auto repair specifically, I’ve seen a lot of variance in:
• owner add-backs
• customer concentration
• normalized labor costs
QoE is great for validation, but it won’t tell you if you’re overpaying going in.
