QoE & Fractional CFO/Controller - endorsement
All, since I know finding proven professional resource providers is invaluable, I wanted to endorse mine after additional experience with them. I work with Sloan/Farley.
I previously recommended ^redacted and his partner Bobby after they conducted the second QoE for me. They absolutely crushed it on my first quality of earnings, and it's turning out that the work they did on the second quality of earnings for the business I acquired on February 24 is already proving invaluable as we head through the reconciliation process.
But more than that, the reason I'm endorsing them is everything they've done during the first 90-days of my ownership. As anyone who has bought a business can tell you, the management team you inherit may or may not work out. In my case, 48 hours after acquiring the business, I learned the VP of Finance had only been hired a few weeks before my acquisition and had to go. The same with another member of the finance team about a week after that, leaving me with only one member out of the original three, during a transition...
Josh jumped in, stabilized my entire financial operation over the course of a few weeks, became a valuable part of the team, and established the SOPs for the new staff that they're still operating on as we speak. To give you an idea of just how amazing they've been, during our all-hands meetings on Friday mornings, the 38 members of our team are allowed to nominate one person who they feel went above and beyond and made their job easier. No one in finance ever wins these awards. They never get enough votes because they are invisible to our Techs and Field staff. Josh has won that award twice in my company, tying our most elite Tech. I think that's enough said.
I don't give out endorsements lightly, and I'm working 14 hours a day, but still stopped to give this one. If anyone has any questions, you're more than welcome to send me a PM or even better, an email, and I'll gladly tell you anything you'd like.
