QoE info and recs for commercial construction firm

Hey y’all,

I am looking to narrow down the cost of a QoE and if anyone has a recommendation on firms who provide this in the southern CA area. Has anyone found sellers willing to pay for a QoE?

Hi Taylor, I've done Fractional CFO work with clients to help prep them for sale and we'll have a lighter version of a QoE ready for the buyers to help increase value for seller and prepare for buyer discussions. Those businesses tend to be on the higher end of an SBA loan limits or over and more progressive with their planning. I see a lot of targets for search funds that do not fit that criteria. So yes I've seen sellers pay for it but never for a buyer or specific buyer transaction. It's to prepare for the sale and get the buyers due diligence off to a faster start while get the highest sales price possible.
