Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out for recommendations for a tax attorney or accountant with deep expertise in Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS).

We're in the process of acquiring a small business currently structured as an S-Corp. Our lawyer already proposed a solution that could work, but we would like to get a second opinion on the matter.

Therefore, we're looking for someone with extensive experience in QSBS regulations who can advise us on structuring the transaction appropriately to maximize the potential QSBS benefits down the road.
