“The process is just so long and complex. There are too many people involved, and it always stalls somewhere.”
“I’m frustrated by hidden issues, liabilities, bad reviews, or undisclosed problems only found after the deal.”
“It’s impossible to get a straight answer on the real financials.”
“I feel like I’m flying blind. There’s no clear standard, brokers are unhelpful, and it’s hard to know who to trust.”
“Even after closing, I’m left dealing with poor transition support and misalignment with the seller.”
