I’m a QoE provider based in California and I’m starting a free video series on YouTube covering all things financial due diligence. I’ve heard too many horror stories of buyers inheriting terrible companies from doing their own FDD and missing key steps. With AI making it easier than ever to take on more yourself, I want to provide a free resource to use alongside those tools as an additional guide and safety net for those who plan on doing FDD on their own.
