Quick update on the Verdira Fellowship and a note to everyone who applied

In the last 48 hours, we’ve had 122 applicants for our Summer 2025 Fellowship, and some really strong potential has already come through.

This is a performance-driven, high-accountability environment. We’re not just reviewing resumes, we’re looking for signs of initiative and clarity.

As part of the application, we included an optional 1-minute video to give candidates a chance to show who they are beyond the page.

We’ve noticed that the applicants who took the time to submit one tend to stand out and we’re prioritizing them accordingly.
