Private Deal Update - Our firm is buying and investing up to $1mm into Project Sound, a high-margin commercial consulting firm outside of Washington, DC.

Project Sound is a global acoustics, audio-visual and technology consulting firm that works with over 100 architects and developers across most commercial end markets (Schools, Government, Hotels, Medical, Multifamily, Data Centers, Arts & Theatre).

The company, with over 100% returns on capital deployed, has a contracted backlog of $4.7mm across 260 projects with 120 unique architects and developers.

We have $3mm of $4mm total “soft circled” and are asking for soft commitments ($100K min) by this Friday, April 19, and capital calls by May 17.
