How do I go about raising a “fund” to acquire businesses? I have access to undervalued, high cash flow businesses. Primarily online service agencies. We have propietary processes to make these businesses even more profitable. We have a VERY long track record (since###-###-#### doing acquisition, growth, etc. All this time, we’ve used our own money. I can acquire these on my own via LOCs or SBA but I am limited by persona guarantees, delays in SBA process, and limited funds. My deal sizes are smaller even though we have a sizeable/experience team to increase profits of new businesses. What would be the best way to raise a variable line of credit I can tap into for acquisitions when needed? Venture debt? All new to me. Would love some help here.

Would suggest networking with folks who invest in search funds, as this will be close to their usual deal style, and they can advise appropriately.
