Raising Capital

Does anyone know where I could start to look for potential investors? I'd like to pitch investors on my deals but do not know where to find them.

I understand that there are paid "angel investor" clubs, and from my understand they are saturated. Are there any alternatives? I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Thank you

It's much easier to pitch investors with a deal in hand but hard to get a company under LOI without providing some assurance you have a source of capital.
