Hi Everyone, I have secured an excellent deal in niche industry that has seen strong growth over the last 4 years with EBITDA at $1.1M - $1.3M. with $10M~ in revenue. About 35~ employees. Lengthy history. Seller will carry 95% of the seller note at 5% interest on a 15 year AM for 3 years. Seller is willing to stay on for up to 2 years for the transition. After the 3 year term, I will go ahead with the SBA loan or with the seller's local bank who've I've already been talking with. Multiple on the business is about 3.90x. I've built a very strong relationship with the seller. I shadowed the business for a week - sat in many company meetings, spent the weekend watching them in action, flew there many other times. I've met all the employees, met important clients, etc. I am looking to raise $350k. This is a incredible opportunity. It has some pretty unique aspects. Reach out and let's talk! Thank you!

Hey ^redacted‌ looks like an interesting deal! This seems like it could be a fit for CapitalPad.com (platform connecting deal sponsors w/ investors) ^redacted

What does the business do? You have it marked as Construction, I would make sure to consider what the CapEx is and value it on FCF.
