Hi - I am working with a micro-PE to buy a metal fabrication company in PNW region. The business is probably closer to $10M, we have commitment of SBA and funds amounting to $6M. We are raising the remaining capital of $3-4M. There is inherent demand for this fabrication with end customers in growing technology and aerospace areas. Happy to dive deeper and provide more color to this. We have a thesis for operating it and want to execute on this playbook. A seasoned team of operators are available to scale this business. Do reach out for details. Thanks!

Aerospace is a massive tailwind here, but the CMMC 2.0 deadline (Nov###-###-#### is the hidden risk in these PNW fab shops. If they aren't compliant by then, the contract revenue evaporates. Sent you a note on how to quantify that compliance gap for your investors.
