Raising Debt and Equity for 2 Deals

I'm helping two close friends raise debt and equity for their companies after exiting my platform. 1. 10 Million of debt and 5 of equity in a CPG coconut water brand that is scaling rapidly to 20 Million Dollar run rate. 2. Raising 20 million dollars of debt, for steel manufacturing that was already acquired in cash by the sponsor and looking to refinance out.
