Raising money for home services deal

I have a home services company that I am close to going under LOI with. Its SDE is 650k, for sale at $2.65 mm, and my valuation is $2.5 mm. I would plan to operate and hire a marketing team to improve the company (among other things).

Looking to start some conversations with people interested in backing self-funded searchers. I was initially going to wait until 2024 to start (to save more money). However, this company caught my eye. In all, looking to raise about $200k for deal costs such as QoE, Legal, Down-payment, etc. 

My background is in healthcare & some new experience in middle-market PE looking to make a change in the SMB space. If this might interest you, you comment on this post & I will dm you directly.

Best of luck! I am in PE now too but a couple of years behind you as far as timeline goes for possibly launching. I have ops, marketing, and add-on integration experience if helpful to bounce ideas off of.
