Hi All, I wanted to introduce myself to the Searchfunder community. Over the past several years, I’ve worked on real estate development deals ranging from $1M boutique projects to $400M large-scale developments — from Ritz-Carlton hospitality assets to residential townhome communities. I have access to both large institutions and private lenders, and can support projects with debt or equity structures (though my work leans more heavily on the debt side). I’m most effective when working with financially strong sponsors with a proven track record, and I enjoy collaborating to find the right capital structure to bring a project forward.
